My 'Zero to Hero' Journey
Pilgrim in Lourdes (2002)
Aramark Ring of Stars (2015)
Medtronic Global Hero (2016)
Barely able to walk, bed-ridden for months and told I would never finish my studies as a dietitian due to my deteriorating health.
One of only 200 out of 270,000 employees globally to receive the Rings of Stars award for leadership and engagement skills as a Registered Dietitian and Food Service Director.
Using a holistic approach, leveraging medical technology, decoding my DNA, and changing environmental and lifestyle factors to mitigate my genomic weaknesses, I was able to completely turn my life around. From wheelchair to half marathon runner, I unleashed my genomic potential!
I am now passionate about helping others on their journey, utilizing food as medicine and nourishing the genome back to optimal health.
