12 Week Weight Loss Program

Over the past year, people have been requesting a group class specifically related to weight loss, with accountability weigh-ins, meal plans and education on how to stop yo-yo dieting and learn how to actually eat and cook real, healthy food. To meet this need, I have teamed up with the energetic, fun-loving, highly motivated Cal Poly Nutrition and Dietetics Grad, Nicole Freche, RDN!  Nicole and I will be working collaboratively to bring a 12 week weight loss and healthy lifestyle program to the people of Santa Maria and beyond! Our classes will be held on the first and third Saturday of every month and will only cost the equivalent of a Starbucks coffee a day!

As part of our 12 week weight loss program we are including the revolutionary ProLon Fasting Mimicking Program, to those who meet the medical criteria for usage. ProLon is considered by many within the nutrition industry as the biggest breakthrough in health and anti-aging in decades. It is backed by over 20 years of clinical research by the internationally renowned longevity researcher, Valtor Longo, from the University of Southern California. We are proud to have been honored as the only practitioners on the Central Coast with direct access to this product and we are excited to bring it to you!

Rejuvenation and Vitality

During the ProLon program, we provide you with 5-days worth of scientifically designed, plant-based, high quality foods and nutrients.  You do not need to worry about what to eat during these 5 days as we provide it all for you, in the portions you need for optimal results.

The ProLon program tricks the body into thinking it is fasting, without the extreme hunger and stress of true fasting, and allows the body to go into a 'restorative mode'. This mode supports cell rejuvenation and a reduction in inflammation, blood pressure, cholesterol and stubborn abdominal fat. People loss an average of 5 lbs body fat, while preserving muscle mass. Thus, this 5 day program can be used as a great spring board into a weight loss and healthy living journey.

After completing the 5 days, we will provide you a healthy eating meal plan and the tools you need to continue to support your improvements in health and longevity. 

For a limited time, one free ProLon kit, worth $250, will be included in our weight loss program if you meet the medical criteria set out by the ProLon medical team. However, for optimal results ProLon is repeated once per month for the first three months. Thus, additional kits will be available to purchase (cost $250 each) if you love it

ProLon is only included as a bonus and is not a requirement for the program. If you decide that ProLon is not the right choice for you, you will still benefit and get results from our nutrition classes, accountability check-ins and tools! We will give you the support you need to be successful.

12 Week Program Includes: 

First Saturday of the month at 10 AM:

  • 45-minute nutrition education class (3 total)

  • Meal plan and recipes (vegetarian available)

  • Goal setting and review with the dietitian

  • Accountability check-in with the dietitian

Third Saturday of the month at 10 AM:

  • Additional recipes

  • Goal setting and review with the dietitian

  • Accountability check-in with the dietitian

Losing weight the right way takes time, hard work and determination. Sometimes it is hard to stay on track by yourself. This is where Nicole and I will help you! We will help you identify your barriers and find ways to overcome them. Research has also found that a group approach helps people loss weight so in our class setting you can enjoy the support of others on a similar journey. It is easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have support, can share tips on diet and recipes and have an exercise buddy. So let's buddy up to win!
